FOWLER, Lois Lee (nee Garvin) 81 years old. Passed away peacefully in her sleep at New Orchard Lodge in Ottawa on the 8th of January, 2005, after a long and courageous battle with alzheimers disease. Loving wife of Gordon A.R. Fowler for sixty-one years of marriage. Devoted mother of Linda (late Don McNaughton), Glen (Lynne), Laurie Seangio (Albert), Chris (Wendy), Carol (Bernard Sargeant) and Grandmother of Jennifer, Michael, Natalie, Chris, Andrew, Courtney, Gavin, Adam, Sabrina and Daniel. Great-Grandmother to Nadya. Friends may visit at Pinecrest Visitation Centre, 2500 Baseline Rd. from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 11th, 2005. A Memorial Service will be at St. Martin's Anglican Church (2120 Prince Charles Ave., Ottawa) on Wednesday, January 12th, 2005 at 11 a.m. Reception for family and friends to follow. Donations in lieu of flowers to the Alzheimers Society or St. Martin's Anglican Church or the New Orchard Lodge Family Council. |
