• Presentation of annual budget
• Phone book changes accepted

• City Council Meeting
• Per member vote on the budget
• City Council Dues are payable

November

• City Council Meeting
• Dues are payable if not paid, the chapter no longer has the right to participate in voting

December

• City Council Meeting with social afterwards

February

• City Council Meeting
• Reminder that Chapters are responsible for Order of the Rose pins and certificates (certificates are provided by International)
• Reminder that City Council will take care of purchasing Silver and Golden Circle pins and the certificates

March

• City Council Meeting
• Nominating Committee for the next year's Executive to be created
• Founder's Day tickets will be on sale

April

• City Council Meeting
• Names and phone numbers of incoming Chapter executive to be provided to the Nominating Committee
• Sister of the Year votes to be submitted
• Founder's Day tickets will be on sale
• Articles for Chapter Chatter are due

May

• City Council Meeting
• Annual General Meeting
• Historian Reports are due
• Election of Officers
• Installation of Officers
• Refreshments provided
• Updates to CC phone book due
• Chapter indication of interest in participating in Chapter Entertaining
